Toray Engineering Co., Ltd. has developed the MT3000L high-efficiency microLED transfer system. This system is used in the existing manufacturing process for microLED displays. It achieves a transfer speed that is approximately twice as fast as conventional transfer systems, the highest speed in the industry. It also enables high-speed transfer to 2.5-generation substrate sizes for the first time in the industry, expanding the range of display sizes that can be manufactured efficiently.
