一、個人因素:
1.適用條件:繳費過後因個人因素於 9/13 前聯絡我方辦理退費者。
2. 退費標準: 因行政作業等既定成本以及因退費延生相關損失,請恕無法全額退費,退費標準如下:
(1) 9/13 前,退繳費全額百分之八十。 (2) 9/13 以後,請恕無法接受退費,將依舊給予書面資料。
(3)退費流程: 收到退費要求後,由工作人員確定各項資料。確定後,統一於研討會活動結束後 一個月內進行退費。
二、非個人因素:

講者簡介:

Christian Geng studied at Florida Atlantic University, USA and University of Stuttgart, Germany. He received his Master Degree in Physics 1992 in Stuttgart working on MOCVD growth and characterization of AlGaInP. Extension in research experience was gained by working as a scientist on MOCVD growth of InP and related materials at Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche, a governmentally funded research institute in Padova, Italy.

Returning to Germany, he resumed his work at Stuttgart University to lead the ‘red laser team’ and achieve a PhD degree on MOVPE growth of AlGaInP lasers. He then worked at TEMIC Telefunken Microelectronic in Heilbronn, Germany in charge of development and production of AlGaInP UHB-LEDs by MOVPE.

In 1998, he joined AIXTRON AG as a Product Manager for the Asia-Pacific market and in 2001 moved to Taiwan to lead the local operations as General Manager. From 2005 to 2012, he was Vice President Greater China and from 2012 to 2014 Vice President Southeast Asia. In 2015, he returned to Germany as Director of Technology to lead all Technology and Product Developments in AIXTRON’s Opto & Power Group.

 

演講大綱:

Micro LED Display Technology is seen as an attractive alternative to LCD and OLED Displays. This technology is expected to outperform the incumbents in terms of brightness, contrast, color gamut, and efficiency. Potential applications range from wearables, smartphones and television displays to billboard size screens.

Proliferation into these applications requires overcoming technological challenges. The MOCVD process at the beginning of the process chain of the Micro LED Display plays a vital role in addressing these challenges.

AIXTRON will present how the epi requirements for Micro LED Displays differ from those for Solid State Lighting and LCD Display Backlighting. As every pixel is represented by an individual LED, advanced transfer technology is required that demands a “no sorting” level of defect densities and uniformities.

AIXTRON Planetary Reactor Technology meets these challenges and through superior yield levels, overall cost targets for the entire process move within reach.

Uwe Wagner was born in 1971. He studied Electrical Engineering/ Communication Engineering at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Hanover and began his professional career at the Laser Zentrum Hanover (LZH). In the following years, he worked for LPKF Laser & Electronics AG, Jenoptik Automatisierungstechnik GmbH and Jenoptik Laser GmbH, where his responsibilities included Product Management, International Sales and the development of new business fields, as well as Business Development for the Laser & Material Processing division at Jenoptik.
Uwe Wagner has been working for 3D-Micromac AG since 2012. After an initial period in business development, Uwe Wagner was appointed as Chief Sales Officer in 2013. In 2017, Uwe Wagner has been appointed as Chief Technology Officer at 3D-Micromac AG. He is the technological head of the Chemnitz mechanical engineering company, being responsible for the process, concept and software development, the engineering as well as the R&D.
In 2016, Uwe Wagner has been appointed as Managing Director of 3D-Micromac America, LLC.
