    Wrocław University of Technology, with Master Thesis prepared at Fraunhofer Institute of Solar Energy in Freiburg, Germany.
    Experience：Since April 2023 appointed as XTPL Business Development and Sales Manager responsible for cooperation with Industrial Customers.
    In the years 2011-2023 he managed multimillion projects in the area of automotive and IT transformation.

    Ultra-Precise Dispensing for microLED applications<br>XTPL introduced innovative printing technology - Ultra Precise Dispensing (UPD®) - to enable novel avenues in additive manufacturing as well as allow the achievement of hitherto unattainable objectives. The goal of a presentation is to introduce unique capabilities of Ultra-Precise Dispensing Technology, which operates in ultra high resolution range (feature size between 1 um and 10 um) to be applied in a demanding and growing market of microLED. The presentation will cover benefits of adopting UPD technology for microLED applications at both large and small scale.
