    Experience：
    Mark McKee is currently Director, Product Marketing for Veeco’s MOCVD product line. He is responsible for existing MOCVD products and driving new product introductions to enable market leadership. Prior to this role, he held key positions in product marketing and project management. Prior to joining Veeco, he was employed by Emcore Corporation where he held positions as Staff Scientist and Director of North American Sales. He is a 30+ year veteran of MOCVD with extensive background experience in semiconductor technology. Mark McKee received his MS degree in Materials Science from Rutgers University, NJ. He has authored and co-authored over 25 technical publications.

    MicroLEDs are projected to be the next display technology with triple-digit growth over the next five years. To enable the adoption of microLED devices, high-performance, and high-productivity equipment are required during the manufacturing process to drive the cost down. Veeco has developed a suite of product solutions for microLEDs such as Lumina™ As/P MOCVD for red microLEDs, Propel® 300 for Blue/Green microLEDs, WaferStorm® for metal lift-off and wafer clean applications, NEXUS® IBE for etch, and Fiji® ALD for layer passivation that meets and exceeds the industry’s microLED cost roadmap for 6” and 8” substrates. Details of these technologies will be discussed as part of this presentation.
