    New Inspection Technology that can Inspect all types of micro LED chips including vertical chip as well as flip Chip and lateral chip more than 10 micrometers (㎛) in bulk with non-contact method. High-speed inspection without damage for micro LED chips is achieved.
    It is expected that the manufacturing cost and time of the Micro LED Display will be reduced significantly and the production yield will also be greatly improved.
