    The high-heat resistant polyimide film “XENOMAX®” has the dimensional stability equivalent to that of glass substrates for TFT or silicone wafer, an achievement long considered to be impossible. It is ideal film for flexible TFT substrates and meet the increasing demand for various TFT substrates.
    Furthermore, we have developed a novel film handling technique which can fix polyimide film on glass substrate without binder. It keeps its bonding up to 450°C and also possible mechanical peeling after TFT process. This can be used in the manufacturing process of TFT, using conventional glass substrate and makes it easy to manufacture flexible TFT.
    We will introduce more detail properties of XENOMAX® and its various application for flexible TFT.
