  Dr. I-Ting Tsai has been the Regional Commercial Technology Leader for Corning® Gorilla® Glass Taiwan and Asia regions since December 2021. In this role, she focuses on leading a team to design-in new products and strengthen technical engagement with OEMs across Asia. She contributes to monitoring and analyses of current and future technology trends on touch and cover glass technologies.
  
  In her previous roles at Corning, Dr. Tsai has served as Mechanical Supervisor, Corning Advanced Technology Center, and Process Engineer, Manufacturing, Technology, and Engineering.
  
  Prior to joining Corning, she served as a Postdoc Research Scientist for the Fraunhofer Institute for Reliability and Microintegration, IZM in Berlin, Germany.
  She holds a Title of Invention: Method of increasing IOX processability on glass article with multiple thickness. Dr. Tsai was recognized as a Technology Rising Star by the Women of Color STEM Awards.
  
  Dr. Tsai holds a doctorate in material science from National Taiwan University and a master’s in mechanical engineering from National Taiwan University.
