When using Topcon SR-5000HM to measure all single LEDs, various parameters and spectrum, the field of view is too small to meet the needs of large-size measurement. And because of the single features of the LEDs in the field of view, it is impossible to use traditional stitching methods for stitching. We use a special calculation method on the drawing surface, matched with EFCO's intelligent, high-performance and high-stability industrial computers. Without high-precision mobile platform, complete drawing stitching can be achieved. This can help engineers analyze various parameters of Mirco LED panels and apply them to the production line to improve product quality.
