Chairman Hsin-Tang Lin stated that most machines on the market today feature moving columns and small three-axis linear guideways, where improper handling of the headstock and saddle can lead to synchronized axis resonance issues.

To meet customer demands for efficiency, the newly developed JL-52CNC-HP occupies 20% less floor space compared to competitors in the same market segment.

Additionally, its left-right movement efficiency surpasses that of competing models. Designed for profile grinding with stringent synchronized axis precision requirements, this machine incorporates a controller capable of five-digit precision. Structural rigidity has been enhanced, ensuring greater stability in axial accuracy and circular interpolation repeatability.

Furthermore, the machine can be equipped with an online measurement system and robotic arm, meeting customer's automation needs.
