Characteristic
Taiwan is located on a high-risk seismic belt, where the safety of bridges and buildings is closely linked to natural disasters such as earthquakes and storms. However, traditional inspection methods often require significant manpower and financial resources, are time-consuming, and can be hazardous. This makes it challenging to obtain timely structural safety information after a disaster and to implement correct response measures, which can result in damage to bridges or buildings and lead to accidents.
MiTAC "Bridge Structure Detection System" addresses this issue by defining the strength reduction safety range of concrete structures according to the latest ACI 318-19 "Building Code Requirements for Structural Concrete" set by the American Concrete Institute. The system utilizes our proprietary "Vibration Sensing Network Module," combined with open meteorological data and AI vibration analysis technology, to continuously monitor changes in building structural safety. It provides trusted "Routine Health Check Reports" for maintenance units and, in the event of natural disasters such as earthquakes or typhoons, offers "Real-time Post-Disaster Inspection Reports" and proactive alert services. This enables maintenance units to take preemptive measures such as evacuating the public and closing roads or bridges, effectively mitigating disaster impact and achieving the ultimate goal of building structural inspection.
