Using 0509 size LED chip and 1152 zones synchronized with WG Tech's self-developed glass diffuser plate on 27 inch backlight plate to realize the industry's first 0OD glass-based Mini LED backlight plate.

The photolithography process improves the circuit precision of the substrate, allowing the use of smaller LED chip size such as 0509, further reducing the cost of the product and expanding the product market share.
With self-developed glass diffuser plate, the optical mixing distance is greatly reduced to achieve the effect of 0 OD, which can make the backlight plate and whole BLU product thinner and lighter.
OD mixing distance, refers to the distance from the backlight plate to the diffusion plate, when the mixing distance is smaller, Mini LED light-emitting chip light-emitting area is smaller, so that the screen halo can be effectively eliminated. At the same time the use of WG Tech's thick copper-plated glass substrate enables the use of smaller LED chip such as 0509 LED chip, composed of high zoning 1152 zoning, but also to avoid the traditional large-size LED dynamic backlight caused the phenomenon of glare between the bright and dark areas, when staring the monitor with 0OD glass-based Mini LED backlight will not have a sense of stinging in the eyes.
