Characteristic
Ultrasonic levitated contactless conveyor systems can be applied in various industries and in all types of gas environments (including cleanroom with ultra-high cleanliness requirements). Through the compression of atmosphere gases or process gases by ultrasound, all planar objects can be conveyed along a pre-defined trajectory without any contact; combined with negative pressure, the objects can be conveyed multi-dimensionally without any contact and in combination with automation equipment.
The energy consumption of ultrasonic levitation systems is much lower than other non-contact technologies.
