Characteristic

RP-06 with AOI function, the substrates scanned to identify the defective chips which to be removed and , then remove and repaired. Along with AOI function, solder paste will be scanned and , solder paste repair will be performed if needed. The repairing mapping data can be exported. Optional modules for De-chip, Re-bond chip, solder paste removal and solder paste repair. New IR laser soldering module also available for repair after reflow.
