Characteristic

The purpose of this device is to pre-calculate the information of mixed bins based on mapping data, and then extract individual wafer chips attached to the film according to specified coordinates. These chips are then neatly arranged at specific coordinate positions on a special Bin Frame film (or substrate). This achieves the goal of simultaneously sorting, mixing bins, and precisely arranging the chips.
