How it works:
The shear force generated by the rotation of the stirrer and the centrifugal force generated by the revolution, coupled with the vortex state and torque generated by the up and down convection, allow the material to be fully stirred and mixed in a very short time. When this kind of movement is carried out under vacuum, the volume of fine bubbles rapidly expands 760 times, and is removed at the interface in contact with the vacuum (133pa=1torr). Therefore, it only takes about 3 to 10 minutes to completely defoam and stir evenly. . (The actual time will vary slightly depending on the characteristics of each material, such as viscosity, mixing amount, etc.).
