“SMT Scope- High Thermal Observation Equipment” from SANYOSEIKO is mainly for observing in-situ materials variation from room temperature to high temperature (maximum: 900℃) by flexible profile setting, and it could be chosen different kinds of atmosphere environment to do the reflow or sintering process, such as atmosphere, high vacuum (5x10-4 Pa), N2, H2, formic acid, dew point (range: from -70 to -10℃).
So it will be very help for the development and verification of materials and device.
Utilizing unique IR heating technology, the temperature can be controlled accurately and reproducibly. Compared with other competitors' hot air heating, it can provide stable and uniform heating and stable high-magnification observation of the image.
