CoreInsight provides solutions with ion balance +/- 5v even less. Although AC static eliminators can eliminate static electricity but the induction field also generated by AC and it may bring additional ESD risks. Core Insight's static eliminator uses a steady-state DC method to provide ions, and adopts the patented design of QuadPoint® Nozzle, which can evenly eliminate static electricity without generating an induction field, which can effectively improve process yield.
It also has an ion balance alarm system and an automatic cleaning function. It can be connected to the equipment and the equipment will automatically perform the cleaning process without production impact.
