ITO—indium tin oxide, whose main raw material is the rare metal indium—is deposited on a film.
Our Crystallized 300ohm Resistive ITO film has good resistance uniformity, good stability, and high transmittance.

Crystallization of metal films is essential for ITO films. Generally, a commercially available ITO thin film is sold in an uncrystallized state, and annealing treatment is performed on the buyer's side. We use in-house annealing equipment for crystallization, which provides ITO films with stable resistance values.

Optical grade PET substrate, coated with Anti-glare Hard Coating treatment.
