Characteristic

Topnano's roll-to-roll vacuum sputtering equipment can produce a series of nanometer-level ultra-thin flexible electrode materials.

It is divided into the following two types based on material:
1. Sputtering metal conductive layer on polymer /resin substrate (for example: ITO coating on PET film, copper coating on PET/PI film)
2. Metal foil is sputtered with another conductive layer (for example: copper foil is coated with graphite)

*For the copper plating part, the factory has horizontal copper plating thickening equipment, and the copper layer thickness can be 2~18um (single side).

Customers can also bring their own flexible polymer substrates and entrust Topnano to provide Sputtering OEM services.
