Taiwan is currently suffering from a shortage of power supply. Recently, due to external environmental factors such as lightning, fire, and aging of external feeders, factory equipment can be abnormal or even shut down due to transient voltage drops of less than 10% during production, resulting in production loss or equipment damage.  This problem causes a lot of production costs and time wastage in the factory annually.  However, neither UPS nor AVR regulators can prevent this voltage drop problem.
