SUPERBIN was founded in 1978. For 45 years, we've been representing well-known laser technologies from Europe and the United States. As a pioneer in introducing lasers to Taiwan, we have been involved in various fields, including academia, manufacturing, heavy industry and high technology, and our footprints can be seen in the Hsinchu Science Park. Along the way, we have gradually moved toward independent research and development.
In order to become the best partner for customers in laser processing, the SUPERBLAB laboratory was established in 2012 to provide laser micromachining related methods, customize laser processes for customers, and help various industries solve difficulties in developing new materials and products from R&D to mass production. According to customers' needs, our company offers customized laser machines, and provides various European and American laser sources and laser measurement equipment for ultrafast laser micromachining equipment.
SuperbIN provides professional laser solutions and offers self-made laser micromachining machines. We provide various laser-related solutions, such as laser cutting, laser drilling, and customized laser processes to meet customers' different needs and production line planning.
In industry, laser technology plays a vital role in process innovation, product differentiation and value-added improvement. A successful laser solution relies on the skillful combination of laser technology, high-yield precision mechanical structures and appropriate optics. SuperbIN has been established for 45 years and represents renowned laser technology from Europe and the United States. Our customers include major universities, research institutions, and high-tech manufacturers in the northern, central, and southern science parks of Taiwan. In addition to collaborating with domestic research institutions, we have established SuperbLab to provide various laser micromachining methods, equipment, and technical consulting services from R&D to mass production to help industrial customers solve problems related to the development of new materials and products. The laser micromachining machines we are launching this time are the result of years of accumulated experience.
With the trend toward thinner and more flexible substrates in display products, SuperbIN has introduced a laser micromachining machine that utilizes well-known ultrashort pulse solid-state lasers from Europe and the U.S., as well as proprietary laser processing technology. The machine features a granite base and gantry to enhance the precision and stability of laser cutting, slicing and drilling. Customized aberration-corrected focusing lenses also improve the energy concentration of the focused light spot in space. With the skillful integration of optical design, mechanical design and programming in the electro-optical-mechanical system, the precision and accuracy of the laser beam are guaranteed. With advanced laser processing technology, various types of customer requirements for laser solutions can be met, and the cutting-edge quality and processing effects have been widely recognized in the panel industry.
We work closely with the world's leading technology industries, and have cooperative customers in the display, semiconductor electronics, and biomedical industries. With the most advanced laser optical technology and cutting-edge technology in various industries, we break the impossibility of traditional processes and demonstrate excellent laser experience and technology.
At present, most of the precision laser micromachining technology is dominated by foreign companies. By combining precision laser technology with hardware and software, SuperbIN has developed a high-end laser micromachining machine that will help domestic industries adopt advanced processes at more affordable prices. In addition, since the technical support team is located domestically, sample testing and process verification can be done directly in the country, and with convenient communication, industry players can respond to the market faster.
