In response to the trend of Metaverse technology development, there is a growing demand for lightweight and energy-efficient head-mounted display devices (such as smart glasses). Existing head-mounted devices are limited in outdoor applications due to their large volume, weight and optical efficiency issues. This technology introduction primarily focuses on adopting advanced meta-optics combined with high pixel density microLED transparent display modules, and utilizing a modular architecture for easy mechanical integration. Compared to existing waveguide optical engine, this approach provides high-brightness display effects for outdoor applications, meeting the diverse needs of various field applications.
