Graphene was just discovered in recent 10+ years ago. It is 200 times stronger than steel. It is the material with the highest thermal conductivity and the lowest resistance. Copper is a metal that has been well known to humans for thousands of years. Add graphene into copper to form copper-carbon bonding is a hot topic of research in recent years. After five years of research and development, Amazing-Cool Technology has mass-produced a graphene modified copper material that with copper-carbon strong bonding. We named the material ACOOL Copper. It can be made to wires, plates, and copper foils. ACOOL Copper wire and plate also applied in many applications and found low temperature resistance, bending resistance, increased current density, low leakage current, etc. ACOOL Copper can also be made into PVD targets, evaporation targets, and copper powder. A thin film sputtered with ACOOL Copper target has the advantages of low sheet resistance, high bonding force, anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion, and high reliability. It can be applied in uLED components.
