Ho was appointed president of Corning Display Technologies Taiwan (CDTT) in September 2021, and responsible for the cross-functional CDTT Management Team to drive business success for CDTT. He also leads CDTT's commercial, governmental, and sustainability activities to build a strong foundation in Taiwan.
Ho joined Corning in 2005 as assistant account manager for CMO, and then account manager for INX in 2008. He served as strategy project manager for Corning Glass Technologies from 2010 to 2012. In 2012, Ho was named INX account director, and significantly contributed to the successful account execution that led to incremental sales and share, exceeding our stretch goals, and significant share gains. In 2017, Ho was account director of Foxconn and successfully managed the SIO GZ project in progress with the expansion project team, through effective engagements with Foxconn key contacts and internal comprehensive coordination with cross functions.
Prior to his current role, Ho was vice president of Commercial Operations for CDTT since 2018, leading the team to deliver division business objectives, enable the successful growth of new business opportunities, and sustain strong relationships with key customers in Taiwan and SIO GZ. The CDTT commercial team exceeded budget goals on both sales volume and market share 3 years in a row since 2018.
