    Outline

In the past, displays were primarily used as tools for information display and dissemination. With the invention of computers, displays started to serve as interfaces for communication between humans and machines. The invention of flat panel displays brings significant advancements in terms of lightweight and energy-efficiency, leading to the widespread use of portable devices which have become an integral part of our lives. As technology continues to advance, displays are becoming more versatile, not only in terms of their form factors but also in their functionality. With the advent of the next-generation display, uLED display, entering mass production, displays are expected to find more applications in various fields. In the presentation, we demonstrate the new avenues opened by uLED display technology in smart watches, automotive displays, large-scale public information displays (PIDs), and which filed applications are opened up by the high transparent characteristic of uLED displays. Ultimately, the presentation explores the directions of display technology in the development of smart mobility and discusses the applications and business opportunities created by integrating display technology solutions in the healthcare and retail sectors.
